From a young age, I noticed that I was different than everyone around me. I had an inner sense of knowing, and I quickly learned the power of my intuitive nudges. I accepted the beginning of my psychic awakening, which had started influencing different events around me.

I’m a survivor and advocate of domestic violence and gender based violence. My experience with violence left me feeling disconnected from myself which eventually led to a path of self destruction. I distinctly remember realizing that I could choose something different for myself. In that moment, I chose to step out of the status quo, choose joy and put myself first. I packed a suitcase, booked a one way ticket and moved from the small town I grew up in Canada to Europe on a heart lead journey. I ended up living there for 4 years focusing on healing my mind and body before moving back to Toronto.

What has brought me the most healing on my journey, was learning how to be of service for other people, I derive nourishment from being in the line of duty for others. My curiosity towards non-western forms of healing was a fruitful search. I was led to develop my psychic and mediumship abilities, I explored many types of energy healing, Kundalini Yoga and trained during the pandemic as a Death Doula.

I’ve been studying and working as a Holistic Practitioner for 10+ years. I specifically love giving Somatic Facial Treatments because the face holds so much energy and is also the gateway of the soul. It feels like a gift from the divine to be able to connect with people in such an intimate and loving way.

I've learned what true self-acceptance and radical self-love are. I have responded to every calling of my soul, and have dived more in-depth into my spiritual and healing work.
